What we collect

If you submit our enquiry form we collect your name, company, email address, telephone number, site location and the details of your enquiry. We do not collect any other personal data through this website.

Why we use it

We use it solely to respond to your enquiry, to prepare a quotation and, where you become a customer, to carry out the work. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (responding to a business enquiry you initiated) and, where a contract follows, performance of that contract.

Who we share it with

Enquiries submitted through this site are delivered to us by email. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing purposes. We may share details with subcontractors or suppliers where that is necessary to quote or deliver the work you have asked about.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 24 months. Records relating to work we have carried out are retained for as long as required for legal, insurance and warranty purposes.
